City of West University Place Parks and Recreation Department
The City of West University Place Parks and Recreation Department operates seven park systems throughout the community: Colonial Park, Friends Pocket Park, Huffington Park, NEW West University Recreation Center Park, Whitt Johnson Park, and Wier Park. Each park offers a variety of amenities. For a complete listing of which amenities are available at each facility, please refer to each individual park in the left hand colunm.
Tennis Court Reservations
Residents that currently have a Tennis Membership can reserve a court by calling (713) 662-7420 or (713) 662-7462. Residents/Non-Residents without a Tennis Membership can come in person to the Community Center, 6104 Auden, and purchase a one day pass at the prices below.
Residents = $4
Non Residents = $8
Tennis courts are closed from 10PM - Daylight.
